Natural Flu Prevention and Care - Herbal Prepper

I’ve just made this, and it taste wonderful. Clove is the first thing you notice. I used a tablespoon as my measurement, except for my Licorice Root and Slippery Elm Bark. They were powdered, so I used 1 teaspoon.
So it was like this:
4 tablespoon hyssop flower
3 tablespoon mullein leaf
3 teaspoon slippery elm
2 tablespoon elecampagne root
1 tablespoon colt’s foot (aerial parts)
1 teaspoon marshmallow root
1 tablespoon spearmint leaf
1 tablespoon clove
1 tablespoon licorice root
1 tablespoon thyme leaf
You can use a tea ball or other strainer (I used bags), steep 1 tablespoon of tea to 6 ounces of very hot water for a minimum of 15 minutes.
I was able to get 14 teabags from using the quantities I did. I also gave it a whirl in my blender to get it mixed better.
I grow a lot of my own herbs, but for those I didn’t have I got them online. It’s easy to find a place that sells them.
